Our facilities are located in Valencia, in the municipality of Silla, and have an area of 50,000 m2 connected to the main land transport routes, are strategically located near the seaport of Valencia, being used as a center of operations to facilitate the distribution of large quantities of goods. We also work together with our suppliers in different geographic areas of the national territory from where we directly supply our customers, thus minimizing costs and service times.
Without a doubt solid fertilizers are a bet of Tarazona: more than 80% of our facilities are destined to the production of solid fertilizers in their different presentations.
At present we have three blends production plants, four fully automated packaging stations, three Big Bag packaging lines and a new plant for the production of crystalline fertilizers. This new facility, inaugurated in 2017, has put into value the three fundamental pillars of the reputation of our KRYSTAFEED® brand: exhaustive control of the quality of raw materials, precision in the process to guarantee the declared contents and innovation in packaging.
To this we must add a powerful fleet of state-of-the-art mobile machinery, forming a set of agile and versatile installations that give us a storage capacity of more than 70,000 tons, being able to deliver more than 2,500 tons/ day of finished product and receive around of 8,000 tons / day of raw materials.
Liquid fertilizers are manufactured in a plant with a surface area of more than 4,000 m2, with a production capacity of 35,000 tonnes/year and a storage area of 2,200 m3. In this plant we have two production lines and packaging lines for 1,000 liters GRG’s and bottles of 10, 20 and 25 liters.
Thanks to automation and the latest technology settle in our liquid plant, we can manufacture 400 tons/day of any solution covering all processing stages and we can deliver up to 500 tons of finished product per day.
Our new biostimulant plant was inaugurated in 2016 and has the capacity to produce different products in liquid and solid form. We also have two packaging lines that give us the possibility of packing liquids in formats ranging from half a liter to 1,000 liters GRG, which offers a great versatility in our range of biostimulants, adapting to the needs demanded by the user final.
In Tarazona we are concerned for the planet’s health.
This is why we work actively in the development of products which reduce the environmental impact to minimize the contamination of the atmosphere, soils and aquifers. Moreover, our facilities have solar wafers through which is generated all the energy we need for carrying out our daily activity.

That’s why we work with raw material that meets the REACH European rules and we have committed to reduce occupational risks having as objective the number of zero accidents.
REACH promotes the creation and transmission of information about chemical substances and their associated risks and gives to the manufacturers, importers and intermediate users the responsibility for managing the associated risks to the chemical substances, to guarantee that there are only manufactured, sold or used substances that don’t affect negatively to human health or to the environment.
On the other hand, we invest in our employee’s continuous training about how developing their tasks avoiding risks, first aid knowledge and for improving the reaction when an emergency happens.
